Man charged over $9m factory fire

A 31-year-old man has been charged with lighting a factory fire that caused $9 million damage to the former Perth headquarters of Bunnings.
The fire broke out at night on March 14 in Welshpool and caused extensive structural damage.
The man from Osborne Park has been charged with criminal damage by fire and is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
