Life-threatening shock after WA cables cut

A person likely to have suffered serious injuries is missing after trying to cut through a high-voltage cable at a disused warehouse in Perth.
The bolt cutters used to cut through live electrical wires became welded to the power box, starting a flash fire and potentially causing life-threatening injuries to the person, who is yet to be found.
It is believed the person would not have been able to move far from the Bibra Lake warehouse, but police cannot say whether they may have been a thief or a vandal.
