Land search for lost WA fishermen halted

A land search has been suspended for three fishermen missing off Western Australia's Pilbara coast.
A sea search including the use of underwater sonar equipment will continue and police divers will join in on Monday.
Mason Carter, 26, Chad Fairley, 30, and 57-year-old Murray Turner failed to return to Point Samson near Karratha in a 13-metre prawn trawler named the Returner on Wednesday morning.

An unused life raft, emergency locator beacon, ration supplies and fishing gear washed up along the Burrup Peninsula the next day.
Friends and members of the public are continuing a foot search on Legendre Island.
Police say the focus is on locating and recovering the vessel.
