Hunt for offender after Kalgoorlie bashing

A man has been flown to hospital with serious injuries after being bashed at a Kalgoorlie taxi.

The assault occurred at 3am on Sunday in the town in outback Western Australia.

The victim, 43, was flown Royal Perth Hospital where he is in a stable condition.

WA Police are looking for a man described as fair skinned, 180cm tall, thin build and wearing dark clothing.
