* Premier Colin Barnett held his last press conference in his private courtyard at parliament, in Liberal-held Perth (2.8 per cent)

* Labor leader Mark McGowan was in Kwinana, Labor-held by 4.3 per cent

* Mr Barnett said it was a 'ugly, nasty end to the campaign' after letters containing death threats were sent to the homes of Liberal candidates

* Mr Barnett blasted Labor's costings, saying they were a joke and an insult to economists and excluded promises worth hundreds of million of dollars

* Ms Hanson evaded the media in the morning, failing to show at planned appearances before popping up again in the afternoon

* Mr Barnett said the first thing he would do if re-elected would be to bring in 9am Sunday training
