Female jogger exposed to indecent act

A man has confronted a women who was jogging on a Perth beach by running out of the bushes and committing an indecent act.
The 23-year-old woman was exercising near Alfred Road in Swanbourne about 3pm on July 22 and was forced to run back towards the path to avoid the man, who disappeared into bushland.
Police want to speak to a dark-skinned man who is described as 40 to 50, with dark eyes, a stocky build, dark beard and about 175cm tall. He was wearing a red turban, green jumper and dark pants.
