Royalty visits the 9NEWS Perth studios

A member from the oldest royal family in the world has arrived in Western Australia and paid a visit to the 9NEWS Perth studios today.
His Imperial Highness Prince Ermias Sahle-Selassie Haile-Selassi, President of the Crown Council of Ethiopia, was given a private tour of the station, even taking a seat at the news desk.
The 57-year-old exiled prince is in Perth as a key note speaker at a political conference.

He is also retracing the steps of his grandfather the late Emperor Haile Selassie, who visited in 1968.
