Dead shark washes up on Perth beach
AAP
A dead tiger shark has been discovered by a jogger on their morning run after it washed up on a beach south of Perth.
There was no obvious evidence of how the 2.6 metre female died or came to be beached there, a WA Department of Fisheries spokesman said.
The shark was hastily removed on Tuesday morning by the local council before the carcass could attract more sharks to Golden Bay.
