Cops seek Perth picnic table 'passengers'
AAP
A group of Perth men have taken alfresco seating to a whole new level, but police aren't amused by their creative high street hijinks.
The nine men were spotted riding through Scarborough on two motorised picnic tables on Tuesday, sparking a social media storm.
A WA Police spokesman said the picnic table pranksters could face charges including driving an unlicensed vehicle and drink driving.

It's not the first time WA police have had to respond to creative modes of transport, charging a 22-year-old man in June last year after he drove drunk down the middle of West Coast Drive on a motorised esky loaded with alcohol.
