Conditions placed on key WA asset sale
AAP
Conditions will be placed on the West Australian government's sale of the state's central wholesale fruit and vegetable trading and distribution hub to ensure it operates for another 20 years.
Market City in Canning Vale was among three assets placed on the chopping block in August last year as part of an ever-expanding asset sales program to reduce state debt.
The WA government said on Thursday that conditions included restrictions on the development of the land and protection of the central trading area.
