Child among three killed in WA head on

Three people, including a six-year-old boy, have died in head on car crash north of Perth.

Emergency crews rushed to collision site in Breton Bay just after 7am on Thursday but attempts to revive the victims at the scene were unsuccessful.

The boy and a 38-year-old woman were in one car and an 83-year-old man in the other.

Major Crash Investigators have been at the scene most of Thursday trying to piece together how the crash happened.
