Cat found with arrow stuck in its head ‘for up to two days’

A cat has been found with an arrow stuck in its head.
A Veterinary examination revealed the wound was infested with maggots and the arrow might have been stuck in the cat’s head for up to two days.

The ginger tabby cat was found in Perth on Withnell Drive in Ellenbrook.
Beau the cat has undergone surgery to remove the arrow and is now recovering well.
Anyone with information is asked to call the RSPCA on 1300 278 3589.
