Boy injured in WA school balcony fall

A teenager has been rushed to hospital after falling from a second-storey balcony at Perth's prestigious Hale School.
The senior student, from the all-boy's school in Wembley Downs, suffered serious injuries.
St John Ambulance received an emergency call at 10am and took the boy to Royal Perth Hospital as a priority one.

A hospital spokeswoman told AAP the boy was in a serious but stable condition.
In a statement, the school said all students had been offered counselling and support and their parents had been notified.
