Boxing Day murder accused faces WA court

A 39-year-old man has appeared in court charged with murdering a 68-year-old man at a Perth home on Boxing Day.
Police say the victim was taken from a Duncraig home to Royal Perth Hospital on Wednesday night but died soon after.
Jason John Burt faced Joondalup Magistrates Court on Friday and was remanded in custody to appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on January 9.
