An arrest warrant has been issued for a West Australian couple charged with cruelty offences against animals including sheep, rabbits, roosters, pigs, goats and dogs.

WA's RSPCA said 34-year-old Steven Conway and Kylie Ann Hall, 28, were due to appear in the Narrogin Magistrates Court on Tuesday but failed to show up.

The animal welfare group says the pair allegedly failed to provide sufficient food and water to their animals.

When inspectors went to their Pingelly property, they found several dead animals and visibly emaciated, dehydrated and stressed dogs that had suffered injuries from prolonged containment.
