WA man faces court over woman's murder

A Perth man charged with murdering Helen Rocha after her remains were believed to have been uncovered in his backyard has appeared in court.
Keith Edward Earnshaw, 42, has been charged with murdering the mother-of-two on September 26 last year.
Police visited his Parmelia property on Monday where they made the discovery, after having previously searched his home in October.

Ms Rocha was last seen leaving her Willagee home on the day she was allegedly murdered.
Earnshaw did not plead to the murder charge in the Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on February 26.
