Truck driver rages behind car on highway

Video has emerged of a truck driver relentlessly honking and tail-gating a driver on a Victorian freeway.

The vision shows the large truck behind a red car travelling inbound on the Geelong Freeway, near Laverton, about 11.22am today.

Slamming their hand on the horn and not letting go, the truckie edges dangerously close the car ahead for minutes on end.

“The truck driver was furious, driving erratically,” the person who filmed the video, who requested to remain unnamed, said.

The source added the truckie “did the same thing moments later” to a BMW in the right lane.

It remains unclear what caused the truck driver’s rage.
