Young girl bitten on face by dog in Vic

A young girl has been attacked by a dog in Melbourne.
The dog bit the preschool-aged girl on the face at a house in Ferntree Gully on Sunday night, an ambulance spokesman said.
She suffered serious facial injuries and is in a serious condition in the Royal Children's Hospital.
