Woman found dead in Melbourne home

A 67-year-old woman has been found dead in a Melbourne home and a 43-year-old man is being interviewed by police.

Emergency services were called to the Dandenong property on Monday afternoon for a welfare check and found the woman dead.

Homicide squad detectives are waiting on the post mortem examination to help determine the circumstances of the death.
