Woman dies in hospital after Vic crash

A woman has died after her van ran off a road and hit trees northwest of Melbourne.
The woman crashed near Gisborne about 9.30am on Monday but died after she was flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Victoria's road toll is 142, two more than for the same time last year.
