A Victorian woman has been charged with culpable driving after a New Year's Eve crash that killed her teenage passenger.
The woman was driving in Mt Mercer on December 31 when her car left the road and overturned, killing a 19-year-old boy in the car, police said.
Detectives charged the 18-year-old Wendouree woman on Thursday and she will front Ballarat Magistrates' Court on January 21.
