Woman assaulted in Melb CBD

A 30-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in the foyer of her Melbourne CBD apartment building in a brazen daytime attack.

A young Asian man followed the women as she left a supermarket on Spencer street, just after 1pm on September 14, and then grabbed her from behind and she later fell to the ground.

Security camera footage shows the man then ran through a laneway before catching a tram.
