Woman assaulted by two men at Vic home

A woman has suffered significant facial injuries in an assault by two men at her Victorian home, police say.

The men approached the woman, 25, as she sat on her back porch at her Drysdale home just after 10pm on Sunday, and allegedly assaulted her leaving her with significant facial injuries.

Geelong Detective Senior Constable Simon Keogh said police need public help to nail the two men behind the cowardly attack.

"It's completely unacceptable behaviour," he said.

Anyone who saw two men of large build in the High Street area about 10pm Sunday should contact police.
