Woman, 20, missing for almost a month

It's been almost a month since 20-year-old Penelope Mira-Navarro has been seen by anyone.

The skinny blonde, who often changes her hair colour, was last sighted in Richmond, in inner Melbourne, on June 19. She is also known to visit Brunswick and Coburg.

Police and Ms Mira-Navarro's family hold concerns for her welfare due to the amount of time she's been gone.
