Williams' stepdaughter faces court

The stepdaughter of slain underworld crime boss Carl Williams has had her bail extended after she faced court on attempted murder charges.
Danielle Stephens, 22, appeared on Friday in Melbourne Magistrates Court charged with the attempted murder of Serkan Kala, who was shot in Broadmeadows in November last year.
Tugay Afacan, 23, of Taylors Lakes, and Stephens' de facto partner Sanar Ghanim, 25, of Lalor, are also charged with attempted murder over the shooting.

Stephens and Ghanim face further charges of intentionally causing serious injury, recklessly causing serious injury and causing serious injury.
Stephens will appear for a committal hearing on April 23.
Her bail was continued until the same date.
