A public appeal for help will be launched by detectives at the supermarket near where Valeria Fermendjin died in her Perth home.

The 70-year-old woman died in what police believe was a home invasion on January 5 in her Melville house.

Major Crime Squad detectives will man a display at the local Woolworths on Saturday to appeal for public help.
