Victorian man dead after stabbing

A man is dead after he was found stabbed outside a regional Victorian property.

Police discovered the man, aged in his 30s, with a life-threatening stab wound about 12.30pm on Wednesday at a Bendigo property.

He was taken to hospital in a critical condition but died a short time later, police say.

The man is yet to be formally identified.
