Victorian man charged with raping teen

A man has been charged with the sexual assault of a Melbourne teenager more than four months after the attack.

A 25-year-old man from Eumemmering was on Wednesday charged with rape, sexual assault, and intentionally and recklessly causing injury to a 19-year-old woman during an incident near Seaford North Reserve on April 1.

He has been remanded in custody and is due to face Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday.
