* Could flare again with hot weather on Thursday

* Town off-limits until after run of hot weather
* Great Ocean Road won't reopen until early January
* Wye River, Separation Creek residents only allowed back in by Thursday
* Fire flared on Christmas Day
* Wye River lost 98 homes
* Separation Creek lost 18 homes
* 334 homes in those areas - 80 primary residences, the rest holiday homes
* Sparked by lightning on December 19 in tough terrain that hadn't been burnt in decades
* Wye River fire plan in place since 1984 helped save town
* Insurance estimates $53 million
* Relief grants up to $1300 per household (50 payments by Tuesday)
* Grants up to $32,000 for primary residences.
