More aftershocks rock Victoria, weeks after 5.9 magnitude earthquake
Two aftershocks have rocked north-eastern Victoria, weeks after a record-breaking 5.9 magnitude earthquake struck the state.
The aftershocks were recorded by Geoscience Australia at Rawson in Baw Baw Shire this morning.
The first measured 2.9 and hit around 5:04am. This was followed by a magnitude 2.8 at 8:10am.
No damage was recorded.

It comes after a strong 5.9 magnitude quake hit near Mansfield, 180km north-east of Melbourne, about 9.15am on September 22.
It was the state's strongest earthquake ever recorded.

Experts warned that aftershocks could continue for months to come.
Emergency Management Commissioner Andrew Crisp said while there was still "significant aftershocks" that could impact Victoria, it was unlikely they would exceed the original magnitude.
There were several aftershocks shortly after the quake; these measured 3.5, 4.1, 2.5, 3.1, 2.4 and 2.9.
