'Vicky' truckin' on, spreading Vic values

An interactive truck that identifies as female and prefers the nickname Vicky is rolling across the state to tell migrants and tourists what it is to be Victorian.

The purple and teal semi-trailer, which uses cutting edge virtual reality technology, was launched in Bendigo on Monday by Multicultural Affairs Minister Robin Scott.

The Andrews Labor government is using the truck to promote what it says are "non-negotiable" Victorian values: "one law for all, freedom to be yourself, discrimination is never acceptable, a fair go for all and that it is up to all of us to contribute."
