Vic woman fronts court on murder charge

A woman has faced court on a murder charge after a man was stabbed to death in a Melbourne boarding house on Friday morning.
Kerry Jones, 38, of Wyndham Vale made a brief appearance in the Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Saturday where her lawyer said she had not had access to her medication for two days.
Jones sniffed and appeared weepy during the brief appearance.

She is alleged to have murdered a 37-year-old man who was found with fatal injuries in a Williamstown house.
Paramedics were unable to save the man and he died at the scene.
Jones will return to court for a filing hearing on December 13.
