Vic upper house provisional results due
AAP
A clearer picture of Victoria's new upper house is expected to emerge more than two weeks after the state election.
The provisional results for each upper house region will be calculated by the Victorian Electoral Commission on Tuesday.
Labor, which came to power after the November 29 poll, is unlikely to hold a majority in the upper house with smaller parties including the Greens, the Sex Party and the Shooters and Fishers expected to win seats.
