Vic teen injured in monkey bike crash

A 15-year-old boy riding an illegal miniature motorbike without a helmet or lights has been injured in a collision in Melbourne.
The boy was taken to the Royal Childrens Hospital in a stable condition suffering injuries to his legs and face after he was struck by a car in Dallas just before 9pm on Thursday.
The car burst into flames following the crash and the driver has spoken to police but has not been charged.
