Vic taxis want new rules for Uber

Taxi drivers admit Uber is "here to stay" in Victoria but they want a new set of rules all drivers have to stick to.
With news the ride-sharing service will be legalised in Canberra, Victorian drivers say they just want a level playing field.
"The challenge for Uber is to actually stand up and play by the rules... we want the existing rules enforced or we want a new set of rules we all play by," Victorian Taxi Association CEO David Samuel told 3AW on Wednesday.
