Vic taxi stolen, crashed into power pole

A taxi has crashed into a power pole after it was stolen from an inner-Melbourne service station.
The taxi was taken in Richmond and initially found about 25km away in Vermont South.
The driver sped off and police pursued for a short time until he crashed.

A Vermont man has been taken to hospital with minor injuries and is under police guard.
