Vic robber rams victim into fence with car

A man rammed into a fence by a car during a robbery in Melbourne has suffered head injuries.

The car pulled up beside the 41-year-old victim in Frankston South overnight and the driver demanded his bag, police say.

When he refused to hand it over, the offender rammed the car into him, smashing him into a fence.

The thief then snatched the bag and sped off.

Paramedics took the victim to Frankston Hospital in a stable condition.
