Vic Puffing Billy volunteer bail extended

A former Puffing Billy volunteer has had his bail extended after being charged with 30 child sex offences.
Seymour man Robert Whitehead, 83, fronted the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday charged with 30 counts of indecent assault on children and one count of false imprisonment.
He will face court again on April 17.

A spokesman for Puffing Billy said Whitehead had not had an association with organisation for the past 25 years.
Puffing Billy is a tourist train that runs through the Dandenong Ranges in Victoria.
