Vic postie's van stolen in knife attack

A woman has stolen a mail van after threatening a postal worker with a knife as he made a delivery in Melbourne.

A woman aged in her twenties bailed up the postal worker and held a knife to his throat after he made a delivery in Mill Park on Tuesday morning.

She drove off with the van and its contents, followed by a man driving a stolen red Holden Commodore, police say.

The worker was unhurt.
