Vic Police march to remember comrades

Police killed in the line of duty will be remembered as police march in Melbourne and around the country.

Since 1853, 159 Victorian police officers have been killed on duty, and their sacrifice will be remembered at commemorative march on St Kilda Rd from 10am.

"We will never forget them," chief commissioner Graeme Ashton said on Tuesday.
