Vic police chopper rescues lost runner

A woman has been winched from near Victoria's Mt Hotham after she became disoriented while running the Bon Accord Track.

The police air wing was called in when she became lost around 5.45pm on Sunday.

They spotted her in bush off the track around 8.30pm and winched her to safety, unharmed.
