Vic P-plater caught twice the speed limit

A P-plate driver has had his licence suspended and car impounded after being caught travelling 90 kilometres over the speed limit in Melbourne.

The 22-year-old was allegedly doing 150 kilometres per hour in a 60 zone in Cheltenham.

The Berwick man is expected to be charged on summons with driving while disqualified, speeding and other traffic-related offences.
