Vic mega marijuana house raided

More than a million dollars worth of marijuana has been seized during a raid on a grow house overflowing with cannabis plants in Melbourne.

Victoria Police seized more than 100kg of cannabis from 250 plants grown hydroponically in nine rooms, with a potential street value of $1.25 million, in the suburb of Macleod earlier this week.

Two Vietnamese nationals in the country illegally, a 22-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, have been arrested and charged over the bust.
