Vic man in court after body found on road

A man has faced court on a murder charge after police discovered a body in the middle of a road in Melbourne's west last week.

Gavin Fogwell, 48, of Melton West, appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Wednesday charged over the death of Adam Moody in Deer Park.

Police discovered the body of Mr Moody, 43, on a road on Friday night after they responded to reports of a driver behaving erratically.
