Vic man dies while snorkelling

A man has died after getting into difficulty while snorkelling in Victoria.

Police say the 34-year-old Keysborough man was snorkelling near a rocky ledge at the St Pauls Road Beach in the tourist town of Sorrento when he got into some difficulty.

Although his friends and emergency services gave the man CPR, the man died at the scene.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.
