A man in his late 60s has been killed in a quad bike accident on a Victorian farm.

The farmer's death comes a month after prominent Melbourne QC William Ross Ray died in a quad bike rollover on his Merrijig property.

The 65-year-old was a leader in the occupational health and safety legal field, a former president of the Law Council of Australia and former chair of the Victorian Bar.
