Vic man charged with murdering toddler

A young man has been charged with murdering a three-year-old girl in Victoria.
The girl was taken to a hospital in Horsham on 17 September last year, where she later died, police say in a statement on Tuesday.
A 21-year-old Horsham man has been charged with one count of murder and will face Horsham Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
