Vic man charged over three car smash

A man has been charged over a three car crash in Melbourne that has injured several people.

Police say the man crashed a stolen car at the Tullamarine Freeway on-ramp before 1.30am on Monday.

The 23-year-old Echuca man has been remanded to appear at Broadmeadows Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with numerous driving offences.
