Vic man charged over teen death

A man has been charged with culpable driving almost a year after a fatal crash which claimed the life of a teenager in Melbourne's west.
The 27-year-old from Taylors Lakes hit a tree early on 4 July in Laverton North killing his passenger, a 16-year-old Williamstown girl.
He was bailed by police on Tuesday to appear in Melbourne Magistrates Court.
