Vic man charged over fatal crash

A man has been charged over a crash that killed a 75-year-old woman in Melbourne's southeast.
The 21-year-old Springvale man was charged on Monday over dangerous driving causing death in 2019.
He was allegedly driving on Rosalie Street before colliding with a car on Springvale Road last year, police said.

The hit car spun around, colliding head-on with a third vehicle.
A 75-year-old Springvale woman died at the scene.
The young man has been bailed to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court on Friday.
